Do you offer emergency after hours services?
We offer an emergency after hours service for our clients. Please call 1300 654 622 where you will speak to an on call Veterinarian at our triage service VetChat. If your case requires emergency care, VetChat will alert our on call Veterinarian who will be ready on standby. Please understand that our veterinarians work during the day and then proceed to on call duties. Therefore, triage of afterhours calls to evaluate urgent emergencies must occur in order to keep this service sustainable.

Current Veterinary professional shortage
You may be aware that the profession (like many others) is experiencing a widespread shortage of workers. This means that appointments are limited and veterinarians are working longer hours than ever before. We endeavour to accommodate everybody but at times this can simply be an impossible task. We ask for respect and understanding as we continue to do our work.
